Аналитики РИА Новости представили рейтинг российских регионов по научно-технологическому развитию за 2021 год. В это сфере Амурская область оказалась отсталой, поскольку провалилась в подвал списка и очутилась на 73 позиции из 89 возможных.
Рейтинг высчитывался на основе 19 показателей по данным Росстата и Роспатента. Учитывались потенциал человеческие ресурсы, материально-техническая база, задействованные в сфере науки и технологий, а также рассматривали масштаб и эффективность научно-технологической деятельности.
