Друзья, в эти предновогодние дни мы собрали 176 подписей за сохранение прямых выборов мэра Якутска. Это отличный результат, особенно учитывая, что сейчас все заняты подготовкой к праздникам.
Хочу искренне поблагодарить наших волонтеров, которые активно собирали подписи, и всех, кто нашел время прийти в наш офис и поддержать эту инициативу. Особая благодарность тем, кто не только подписался сам, но и помог собрать подписи среди своих коллег, друзей и близких.
176 подписей — это только начало. После Нового года, с 6 января, мы возобновим нашу работу, и я уверен, что желающих отстоять прямые выборы станет еще больше.

Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
