Почти 3 часа общения вместо 1,5 запланированных, ответы на 53 злободневных вопроса от жителей области и более 1700 сообщений, поступивших через специальный бот. Таковы короткие итоги прошедшей "Прямой линии". Но представленные цифры – это лишь отправная точка. Главные результаты будут позже, когда обращения смолян будут отработаны нашей командой.

Важное ежегодное мероприятие позволило напрямую узнать о проблемах, волнующих смолян, подробно рассказать о принимаемых решениях, итогах и планах работы. Для обсуждения в эфире "Прямой линии" брали вопросы, по темам которых поступило наибольшее количество обращений. В их числе – восстановление электроснабжения после снегопада, поддержка участников СВО и их семей, ЖКХ, здравоохранение, образование, социальная защита населения, молодые специалисты и др.

Благодарю жителей области за вопросы. По всем обращениям уже даны поручения. Выявленные проблемы будут решаться.
