Представитель Генпрокуратуры РФ рамках судебного заседания об истребовании в пользу РФ акций ОАО "Соликамский магниевый завод" (СМЗ) заявил, что госкорпорация "Росатом" готова выплатить 405 млн рублей добросовестным миноритариям.
"Размер выплат определен в размере 9600 рублей (за акцию - ИФ), это является средневзвешенной ценой акции (...). 405 млн - бюджет, выделенный "Росатомом" на решение данного вопроса", - заявил представитель Генпрокуратуры.
