Своего рода очередной колониальный передел планеты, в котором участвуют и Китай, и Индия, и Иран, и Бог знает, кто еще. Это нормальная, в смысле естественная, ситуация. Странно было, когда кто-то еще верил, что держава, которая всегда провозглашала реал-политик основой своей внешнеполитической стратегии, будет в самом деле бороться за сирых и голодных.
