﴿والَّذِينَ يُؤْتُونَ ما آتَوْا وقُلُوبُهم وجِلَةٌ أنَّهم إلى رَبِّهِمْ راجِعُونَ﴾
أي: يفعلون ما ذكر من الأعمال الصالحة بقلوبهم وجوارحهم وهو مضمرون وجلا وخوفا من ربهم أن يرجعوا إليه فلا يجدونه راضيًا عنهم، أو لا يجدون ما يجده غيرهم ممن يفوتهم في الصالحات، فهم لذلك يسارعون في الخيرات ويكثرون منها ما استطاعوا وكذلك كان شأن المسلمين الأوّلين.

Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
