Махабат Тажибек кызы и Азамат Ишенбеков в 2024 году получили 6 и 5 лет лишения свободы соответственно. Осудили их на основании того, что лингвисты усмотрели призывы к массовым беспорядкам во фразе «Свобода не дается даром, за нее нужно бороться». Этой цитатой из эпоса «Манас» они заканчивали свои выпуски.
Еще один нюанс. Силовики начали разрабатывать Махабат Тажибек кызы и Азамата Ишенбекова еще в 2022 году. Но под следствием они оказались только в 2024 году.
В общем, блогерам, которые не желают платить налоги, и тем, кто предлагает им перебраться в соседнюю страну, хочется сказать – Welcome in Kyrgyzstan!
