Последние два года в стране вводится более 100 млн кв. м жилья в год, и «пока мы не упали по вводу», сказал он. Чтобы сохранить темп в 2026-2027 годах, отрасли необходимы меры поддержки.
«Решения нужно принять сейчас и начинать их исполнять», – заявил Хуснуллин.
В частности, по его словам, нужно увеличивать объемы строительства индивидуального жилья, создавать условия для инвестирования и обеспечить гарантии для населения по завершению строительства домов.
