Умєров планує звільнити з посади заступника Дмитра Кліменкова. Також Міноборони не продовжуватиме контракт з очільницею АОЗ Мариною Безруковою. Замість неї керуватиме Арсен Жумаділов, який очолює агенцію Державний оператор тилу.
Умєров зазначив, що результат закупівель озброєнь був незадовільним, тож треба змінити систему. Тому Міноборони відкликає двох представників держави з Наглядової ради АОЗ.

Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
