Три танца были поставлены Фосси для телевидения в 1960х, и он долгое время считался их единственным хореографом. Но дочь Фосси, Николь, провела исследование и обнаружила, что Гвен Вердон также участвовала в их создании.

По словам худрука труппы Линды-Дениз Фишер-Харрелл, которая в 1991 году работала вместе с Вердон, «в хореографии Фосси огромную роль занимает эстетика. Как взять шляпу. Как её надеть. Всё это имеет значение. <…> Мне выпала честь поработать вместе с Гвен Вердон. Она была очень приятная - и очень своеобразная».
