Очень порадовало открытие конгресса - и.о. ректора Вологодского госуниверситета Вячеслав Приятелев в своем приветственном выступлении подчеркнул, что Вологодская область - самый русский регион России (96% русских по переписи), а потом перед присутствующими выступил фольклорный ансамбль из числа студентов с русскими народными песнями.
Оказывается, так тоже можно - без многонациональности, лезгинки и плова. Любо!
