Но очень часто самый строгий и беспощадный критик находится внутри нас же, который шепчет: «Ты могла бы сделать и лучше», «Это недостаточно идеально», «Можно быть и продуктивнее».
Увы, у меня пока нет ответов, как с этим справиться раз и навсегда.
Но внимание к этой теме раз от раза (начало в этом посте и этом) помогает мне снизить градус строгости к себе.
