Парламентарии разработали и подготовили законопроект, по которому россиянин, получивший гражданство по праву рождения, может его лишиться за:
— дезертирство, — дискредитацию ВС РФ, — призывы к экстремизму, — отказ от присяги.
Авторами законопроекта являются сенаторы от Крыма, Севастополя и «ЛНР» Сергей Цеков, Екатерина Алтабаева, Сергей Колбин и Ольга Бас.
Для справки: есть такой закон «О гражданстве», который гласит, что россиянин, получивший свое гражданство по праву рождения, не может быть его лишен, если только не сам принял такое решение (п. «а» ст. 18). Но кого это волнует?
