В Beta-версии Telegram для Android пользователи теперь могут включать опцию отображения деликатного контента в разделе «Настройки чатов».
Раньше эта опция была доступна только в приложениях Telegram Desktop и в веб-приложениях, причём находилась в разделе "Конфиденциальность".
Как и прежде, опция отображается только в том случае, если номер телефона пользователя выдан страной, законодательство которой не запрещает просмотр такого контента.

But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
