The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
