Его планируют взимать с организаций и физлиц (в т.ч. индивидуальных предпринимателей), которые предоставляют места для временного проживания в гостиницах, отелях, хостелах и прочее. Размер налога на 2025 год составит 1 % от стоимости услуг по размещению туристов, затем планируется ежегодное увеличение на 1 % до 5 % в 2029 году.
