Основатель украинской компании Сергей Дулицкий сообщил, что юристы Илона Маска вышли на него год назад, ещё до начала спецоперации РФ: «Причина: «Starlink - это всемирно известный бренд. Поэтому отдайте».
Отдавать бренд «просто так» Дулицкий не хочет, но, по его словам, он готов, если SpaceX компенсирует потери.

The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world."
