«Проголосовать в нашем регионе смогут не только граждане, зарегистрированные на территории Херсонской области, но и любой другой гражданин, зарегистрированный на территории другого субъекта РФ. Чтобы воспользоваться своим конституционным правом, необходимо будет открепиться от своего основного участка и прикрепиться к тому участку, который расположен в зоне проживания гражданина», - заявила Захарова на пресс-конференции.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
