В Демилитаризованной зоне, расположенной на 38-й параллели на границе между Южной и Северной Кореей, открыли кофейню Starbucks с видом на КНДР.

Чтобы попасть в кофейню, необходимо пройти контрольно-пропускной пункт. После посетители могут пройти на веранду, где установлены бинокли, из которых с расстояния 1,4 км можно рассматривать северокорейские деревни.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
