Новое место: греческий ресторан Salty открывается 24 февраля

Интерьер получился светлым, довольно простым, но нескучным: вдохновлялись мотивами древней эллинской культуры. А центральный акцент ресторана — фактурный стеклянный стол — как аллюзия на лазурь Эгейского моря.

Над основным меню работала Олеся Дробот («ЕМ»), выпечка и хлеб руки Максима Бабича. Меню получилось с акцентом на средиземноморскую классику: обилие феты, оливок, лимонов, пряностей и масел. Из интересного — обещают много традиционной греческой выпечки с интригующими названиями: буреки, тиропита, капицуния. Скоро попробуем и поделимся впечатлениями!
