В Ногинске арестовали 17-летнего подростка – зачинщика массовой драки. По версии следствия, 30 ноября молодой человек ограбил другого подростка, отнял у него смартфон. После чего за пострадавшего вступились друзья, что привело в итоге к массовому побоищу между двумя группами подростков. По факту разбоя было возбуждено уголовное дело, а потом выяснилось, что за неделю этого тот же молодой человек избил прохожего. Оба дела были объединены в одно производство.
