Вчера в суде Глубокского района отметилось имя Тересы Разводовской, работницы местного филиала «Витебскэнерго».

Женщина в своих соцсетях публиковала, как правило, новости из жизни беларусского Костела — сообщения о праздниках, проповеди.

Женщина стала жертвой преследования по двум статьям КоАП РБ:

▪️ч. 2 ст. 19.11 (распространение «экстремистских» материалов);
▪️ч. 1 ст. 24.23 («онлайн-пикетирование»).

Судила ее Елена Кот.

Какие публикации ей вменили, неизвестно. Как пока неизвестно и решение суда.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
