Сразу три члена команды экс-главы Ростовской области Василия Голубева сегодня задержаны ФСБ. Это замгубернатора-глава минсельхоза Константин Рачаловский, советник губернатора Виктор Гончаров, бывший первым замгубернатора, и замглавы минцифры, которого пока не называют.
Рачаловского задержали по делу о превышении должностных полномочий. Ущерб оценивается почти в 156 млн, которые украли после его незаконного поручения выделить их из бюджета как субсидии для предприятий в тяжелом финансовом положении. Позже их обанкротили.
Гончарова подозревают в посредничестве во взятке и растрате в рамках дела Рачаловского. Он под подпиской о невыезде. Замглавы минцифры области задержан и подозревается в злоупотреблении полномочиями на закупке лицензии отечественного ПО за 60 млн, вместо 15 млн.
С ноября 2024 года, когда в Совет Федерации ушел Голубев, были задержаны глава минтранса Виталий Кушнарев и министр финансов Лилия Федотова.
