Если жители многоквартирных домов хотят установить контейнер для раздельного сбора мусора у себя во дворе, их управляющей компании или ТСЖ необходимо оставить заявку в управлении городского хозяйства по телефону: 71-36-72.

The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
