Соглашение о сотрудничестве подписали с президентом Всероссийской ассоциации рыбохозяйственных предприятий, предпринимателей и экспортеров (ВАРПЭ) Германом Зверевым.

Хабаровский край – один из ключевых рыбодобывающих регионов России, и наша задача – вместе с бизнесом развивать эту важную отрасль. В ней задействованы более 160 предприятий, на которых занято почти 5 тыс. человек. В 2024 году наши рыбаки установили рекорд, добыв 561 тыс. тонн водных биоресурсов, а налоговые поступления в бюджет превысили 4 млрд рублей.

С Германом Зверевым обсудили перспективы отрасли, включая строительство малотоннажного флота и модернизацию предприятий.

Соглашение предусматривает совместную работу по развитию экономического и социального потенциала отрасли, экологических инициатив и популяризации хабаровской рыбы. Это важный шаг для устойчивого развития рыбного хозяйства края.

Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
