🔘С 6 до 14 часов нельзя будет проехать на участке улицы Гимназической от улицы Красноармейской до улицы Рашпилевской.
🔘С 10 до 14 часов нельзя будет проехать на участке улицы Красной от улицы Ленина до улицы Карасунской.
Поэтому изменится движение общественного транспорта:
🔘С 6 до 14 часов маршруты №67 и 106А при движении к Кооперативному рынку будут ехать по улице Мира.
🔘С 10 до 14 часов автобус №2Е будет следовать по улице Октябрьской.
Просим водителей быть внимательнее и заранее планировать маршрут с учётом изменений.

By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
