Звучит красиво. Но жители Подмосковья по-прежнему страдают от многочасовых пробок, разбитых дорог, автобусов с незакрывающимися дверьми и так далее. Более того, жители замкадья чувствуют разницу по своему барометру кошельку - оплата услуг ЖКХ стоит сильно дороже, чем в Москве. Дальше будет хуже?
