Среди популярных услуг указаны разработка ПО на заказ (+691% к спросу 2023 г.), ПО на языке программирования Java (+644%), Python, разработка и настройка чат-ботов (в том числе ChatGPT) и систем управления взаимоотношениями с клиентами (CRM). В «Авито» считают, что спрос вырос в том числе потому, что экономика и бизнес нуждаются в цифровых решениях.
Также стали более востребованы варианты обучения специальностям в IT: с нуля — на 47%, продвинутого — на 95%. Интерес к IT растет из-за доступности обучения, из-за стабильного спроса на специалистов и привлекательных условий труда, считают в «Авито».
Больше всего обучение IT-специальностям интересно россиянам из Нижнего Новгорода (+550% к спросу в 2023 году), Тюмени (+500%), Иркутска (+200%), Екатеринбурга (+100%) и Ярославля (+67%).

Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. The SC urges the public to refer to the SC’s I nvestor Alert List before investing. The list contains details of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals. Members of the public who suspect that they have been approached by unauthorised firms or individuals offering schemes that promise unrealistic returns Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority.
