Նոր կապիկ չի ծնվելու։ Ինչպես ծնվց 2017թ ին(մտնելով խորհրդարան) հետո ինքնահռչակեվեց 2018թ ին (բեմադրված հեղափոխություն)։ Կապիկների ժամանակները անցան, լավ տղեքի և տղամարդ տղեքի ժամանակները պիտի գան ու կգան։ Ես խնդրում եմ, որ չհավատաք ամեն մեկին, չխաբվեք և չթողեք Ձեզ մոլորեցնեն, խելացի եղեք, մտածող և վերլուծող։ Ոչ մեկի բարի ժպիտին և կեղծ խոսքին չհավատաք, քաղցր խոսքեր և հայրենասիրական ճառեր ասողներ մոտ ապագայում ավելի շատ կտեսնեք , բայց մեծ մասը կապիկներ են, Ձեզ մոլորեցնող և նոր ծուղակ տանող կապիկներ։ Զգոն եղեք և խորը մտածեք։ Կգա մի գեղեցիկ օր , երբ ամեն մեկը իր չափը և տեղը կիմանա, այս համատարած բարդակին ի վերջո վերջ կտրվի և բոլորը իրենց արածի ու չարածի համար մեկ առ մեկ պատասխան կտան։ Միայն դուք պիտի շատ իմաստուն լինեք և չհավատաք ամեն կեղծավորի։

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
