Более того, во второй декаде прошлого месяца средняя максимальная ставка по вкладам в топ-10 банков продемонстрировала первое снижение с марта. До этого показатель только рос вслед за ключевой ставкой. На октябрьском заседании Банк России третий раз подряд поднял ставку — разом на 200 базисных пунктов, с 19% до 21% годовых. Это рекордное значение за последние 22 года.

These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted.
