Ленинский районный суд г. Екатеринбурга рассмотрел ходатайство следователя об избрании меры пресечения директору МКУ УКС ЖКХ ГО Верхняя Пышма Алексею Харламову. Органами предварительного расследования он обвиняется по п. «в» ч. 5, ч.6 ст. 290 УК РФ – «Получение взятки должностным лицом в крупном и особо крупном размерах».
Суд избрал Харламову меру пресечения в виде содержания под стражей по 29 марта 2025 года.
Постановление суда вступит в законную силу через 3 суток, если не будет обжаловано сторонами.
