Сама постоянно применяю и вам всем советую)) Работает 100%, проверено.
А ещё, поменьше критики к себе. Открою ещё один секрет: в целом на вас всем... примерно пофиг. 😂
Мне вот комфортно было руки в карманы — я и засунула. Хотя подруга меня потом ругала)) А если бы я без карманов не знала, куда руки деть, и нервничала ещё больше — кому от этого было бы лучше...
В общем и целом я собой довольна. Я молодец, и точка) 😊
