Элла относится к категории детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, но несмотря на это, девушка хранит доброту и любовь в своем сердце, и эту теплоту она дарит всем вокруг.
На днях приедет ее маленький сын, уверен, он будет так же счастлив и рад новому месту, как его мама. Поздравляю семью с новосельем, очень рад, что наш район наполняется светлыми и прекрасными людьми.
Мы продолжаем обеспечивать жильем детей-сирот при поддержке губернатора Сахалинской области. Всего в текущем году предоставим 15 таких квартир.
