Великий архивариус Саша Морсин на днях выложил в фейсбуке сканы страниц журнала PLAY со списком «85 главных альбомов советского и постсоветского времени». Очень странный материал, даже с учетом того, что 85% таких списков очень странные. А я, конечно, вспомнил, возможно, первый такой список в моей жизни — «50 лучших русских альбомов» по версии журнала ОМ по состоянию на июнь 1999-го. Во многом тоже спорный, а все равно удачнее, чем в PLAY, старающийся казаться объективным хит-парад. В википедийной статье про ОМ ему кто-то посвятил целый раздел, и я этого кого-то понимаю. В свои 15 я уже осознавал, что это не единственно возможный топ, можно с ним не соглашаться, но мне было интересно копаться в его логике, тем более что, само собой, не все альбомы я слышал. Понятно было, например, почему «Икра» круче «Морской», но «Русский альбом» Гребенщикова на 44-м месте и «Русский альбом» Агузаровой на 2-м — это почему так? Материал ОМа в каком-то смысле задал для меня планку, все такие списки я в будущем сравнивал с ним.
