Правительство России планирует внести поправки в закон, согласно которым срок действия права на проведение годового собрания акционеров и участников в заочной форме будет продлен на 2025 год, сообщает «Интерфакс» со ссылкой на источники.
Соответствующие изменения будут подготовлены ко второму чтению поправок в закон «Об акционерных обществах».
