Спад активности был зафиксирован со всех ключевых сегментах рынка M&A, в частности сильнее всего снизилась активность на рынке венчурных сделок, их провели на 17,2% меньше, чем год назад.
Сделок с участием фондом прямых инвестиций было совершено на 2,1% меньше, чем в 2023 году, притом количество слияний и поглощений непосредственно между самими компаниями сократилось лишь на 0,4%.
