Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities.
