17 февраля в 08 часов 5 минут в районе дома 29 по улице Запрудная города Тамбова, мужчина 1974 года рождения, управляя автомобилем Lada Granta выехал на полосу, предназначенную для встречного движения и допустил столкновение с автомобилем Nissan Juke, под управлением женщины 1983 года рождения, движущейся в попутном направлении и выполняющей разворот. В результате ДТП водитель автомобиля Nissan Juke была доставлена в ТОГБУЗ «ГКБ им. Арх. Луки».

Напоминаем, что в соответствии со частью 3 статьи 12.15 КоАП РФ - «выезд в нарушение Правил дорожного движения на полосу, предназначенную для встречного движения, при объезде препятствия либо на трамвайные пути встречного направления при объезде препятствия - влечет наложение административного штрафа в размере от одной тысячи пятисот до двух тысяч двухсот пятидесяти рублей».

One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
