От имени врио губернатора Александра Хинштейна и от себя лично поблагодарил наших ребят и вручил награды за проявленное мужество и героизм при выполнении задач на территории Курской области.

Вместе с «Барсами» оказываем адресную гуманитарную помощь жителям, которые остались дома, в приграничье. Благодарю наших бойцов за службу! Общими усилиями мы движемся к победе!

Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel.
