Звучит, конечно, очень хорошо, но ведь наверняка это останется пустыми угрозами. Ну топнул ножкой, ну поругался, разве этого достаточно? На местах как косячили, так и продолжат косячить – тут иной подход нужен.
Но похоже, что Николай Викторович может только красиво говорить – а вот следить за исполнением своих поручений у него никак не получается.
