Изначально мужчина обратился к продавцу и потребовал возместить ему расходы на лечение. Но в кондитерской оренбуржцу отказали. Обратившись в суд, он смог отсудить не только расходы на лечение, но и компенсацию морального вреда.
Итого мужчине вернули стоимость пирожного (95 рублей), расходы на лечение (18 930 рублей), компенсацию морального вреда (50 000 рублей), штраф за нарушение прав потребителя (25 000 рублей). Итого: 94 025 рублей.

In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
