Если прожиточный минимум рассматривать детальнее, то с 1 января 2023 года для пожилых он будет составлять 16951 рубль, для трудоспособного населения — 21417 рублей, а для детей — 19680 рублей.
Последний раз показатель прожиточного минимума в ХМАО менялся в июне этого года. Тогда в среднем он составлял 18625 рублей. Для трудоспособного населения — 20302 рубля, для пенсионеров — 16067 рублей, а для детей — 18654 рубля. Можно сказать, что власти накинули примерно тысячу рублей в каждом блоке. А сколько они накинули себе? 🤡

TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
