Замдиректора директора югорской «Базы авиационной и наземной охраны лесов» Дмитрий Семин рассказал, что на это были выделены деньги решением Рослесхоза. Семен добавил, что люди нужны для того, чтобы «нам не оголять, как говорится, свой тыл».
