Гранола, на мой взгляд, универсальный вариант ☀️ ⠀ Можно класть в растительное молоко (как хлопья), делать красивые слоеные десерты (фрукты, гранола, йогурт ), чиа пудинги (замачиваем на ночь чиа в кокосовом молоке и утром смешиваем с фруктами, гранолой, разными суперфудами ) 🌺🌺🌺 ⠀ Все зависит от вашей фантазии, экспериментируйте😻😻😻 __
🔸Смешиваем овсяные хлопья, орехи (предварительно порезать на половинки ), изюм , сироп топинамбура и мягкое кокосовое масло. 🔸Хорошо перемешать . 🔸Выложить на противень, застеленной пергаментом. 🔸Готовить при температуре 180 градусов 20 минут (помешивая периодически ) , до золотистого цвета .

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links.
