В ответ на отчет чиновницы Филимонов перешел на английский язык и потребовал ему объяснить, «что не так с английским». Видеозапись совещания с участием регионального правительства опубликовал телеграм-канал «Метаметрика» 24 июля.

Георгий Филимонов грамматически неправильно составил вопросительное предложение. Корректнее было бы не использовать глагол is второй раз — What’s the difficulty with English language?
