Рынок акций РФ на старте торгов в четверг сохранил восходящий коррекционный импульс предыдущего дня, продолжая отыгрывать декабрьское решение ЦБ РФ не менять ключевую ставку; внешние рынки подают смешанные сигналы в преддверии нового года. Индексы РТС и МосБиржи за минуту торгов прибавили по 0,7%, лидируют в росте акции МКПАО "ВК" (+2,8%), ПАО "Группа компаний ПИК" (+2,6%) и ГК "Самолет" (+2,1%).
К 10:01 МСК индекс МосБиржи составил 2750,9 пункта (+0,7%), индекс РТС - 870,22 пункта (+0,7%); цены большинства "голубых фишек" на Мосбирже выросли в пределах 1,4%.
Официальный курс доллара США, установленный ЦБ РФ с 26 декабря, составляет 99,6125 руб. (-26,04 копейки).

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights.
