▪️с 28 марта - отменяется оброк с застроев при покупках по госипотеке для зарплатников Сбера ▪️с 4 апреля - отменяется оброк для застроев на проектном финансировании банка
Считаю, что это точно благодаря моим табличкам с лидерством ВТБ в выдачах госипотеки + ДОМрф в ипотечных ДДУ по Мск. А как иначе? Сам бы Сбер не допёр, что втянул рынок в кислую кашу 👍@iliilitop
