❗️На днях МАК опубликовал отчёт о серьёзном инциденте с самолётом Airbus A321 авиакомпании Nordwind, который произошёл 10 января 2020 года в турецком аэропорту г. Анталии. Грубая посадка лайнера привела к серьезным повреждениям носовой стойки шасси и передней нижней части фюзеляжа.
МАК столкнулся с вопиющими махинациями – переданный ему для расследовании речевой самописец оказался подложным, а реальную запись переговоров пилотов пытались стереть.
Комиссия считает, что потеря информации, записанной в аварийном полете на CVR ВС А321 VQ-BRS, стала возможной в результате невыполнения должностными лицами авиакомпании «Северный Ветер», а также обслуживающими компаниями «НВ Техник» и «RMS Technic» положений Приложения 13, ПРАПИ-98 и внутренних инструкций по действиям при авиационном событии, в том числе о запрете вскрытия и расшифровки записей бортовых самописцев до прибытия комиссии. #inside_crashes_and_incidents

Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you.
