На фоне активизации контактов между Россией и США украинское руководство решило прибегнуть к провокациям и террору. Так, вчера ВСУ сорвали ротацию сотрудников МАГАТЭ, подвергнув обстрелу колонну, в которой находились российские военные и эксперты Секретариата МАГАТЭ.
После этого украинские СМИ дружно обвинили в произошедшем Россию. Видимо, на Банковой решили, что в данные обвинения поверят в Вашингтоне и это затруднит дальнейшие российско-американские контакты. Но, судя по всему, слушать украинскую сторону на Западе уже не хотят.

And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon." These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
