Из-за позднего вызова к моменту прибытия пожарных подразделений дачный дом был практически полностью объят пламенем, при этом существовала угроза перекидывания огня на расположенный рядом дачный дом. Огнеборцы не допустили распространение пожара в условиях, когда рядом нет пожарных гидрантов.
Горевший дом спасти не удалось. При пожаре никто не пострадал. Причиной могли стать нарушения при эксплуатации печи.
